The lower line end of the conveying line is provided with a cage door installation elevator on the side, away from the assembly station, of the cage turnover device, and a turnover righting station is arranged between the cage door installation elevator and the cage turnover device at the lower line end.     本发明公开了一种建筑机械电梯吊笼自动翻转输送装配线,包括输送线,所述输送线的上线端和下线端设有吊笼翻转装置,两个所述吊笼翻转装置之间设有多个装配工位,各装配工位之间相互间隔1m,所述装配工位一侧设有工具台,所述输送线的下线端在吊笼翻转装置远离装配工位的一侧设有吊笼门安装提升机,所述吊笼门安装提升机和下线端吊笼翻转装置之间设有翻转扶正工位。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:将原本盘架式作业转换为流水线作业,减少了占地面积,提高了装配效率,降低了员工工作强度,使产品质量得到保证;采用自动化的吊笼翻转装置可以减少行车使用频率,降低工作人员的劳动强度,提高生产安全性,提高生产效率。
