The invention belongs to the field of high-speed noise reduction, and discloses a noise reduction method for a high-speed train, which greatly shields high-speed airflow blown to a pantograph, so that pneumatic noise of the high-speed train is greatly reduced, and a drainage channel is arranged near the pantograph in the advancing direction of the high-speed train, so that the pneumatic noise of the high-speed train is greatly reduced. The drainage channel extends in the advancing direction of the high-speed train and changes the flow direction of airflow blowing to the pantograph, so that the flow direction path of the airflow deviates from the pantograph. The invention further discloses a flow guide unit based on the noise reduction method for the high-speed train. The flow guide unit is arranged on the top face of the high-speed train.
