According to the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle speed planning problem can be obtained and the optimal acceleration of the vehicle on the current fixed-point speed measurement road can be generated based on the actual road information and the fixed-point speed measurement information of the current fixed-point speed measurement road of the vehicle, so that the probability of frequent acceleration and deceleration of a user is effectively reduced, the energy use efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved. And the safety and the stability of vehicle driving are improved.
