The invention discloses a high-speed train track defect detection system and method, the detection system comprises track defect detection devices and electromagnetic eddy current braking devices, the electromagnetic eddy current braking devices are installed at the bottom of a train and right above a track, and the track defect detection devices are installed on two sides of a bogie. The track defect detection device and the electromagnetic eddy current braking device are connected with the industrial personal computer; track defect detection devices are installed at the bottoms of at least three train carriages provided with electromagnetic eddy current braking devices, and when three or more track defect detection devices on the at least three train carriages detect that the number of track defects exceeds a threshold value at the same time, an alarm is given, and defect information is recorded. The characteristic that the electromagnetic eddy current braking device of the high-speed train can generate a large amount of heat in the braking process is utilized, the electromagnetic eddy current braking device and the thermal imaging detection device are combined, the defects of the high-speed rail can be detected in real time, the accuracy of rail defect detection is improved, and the manpower and equipment cost of detection is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种高速列车轨道缺陷检测系统及检测方法,检测系统包括轨道缺陷检测装置和电磁涡流制动装置,电磁涡流制动装置安装于列车底部、轨道的正上方,轨道缺陷检测装置安装于转向架两侧,轨道缺陷检测装置、电磁涡流制动装置与工控机连接;在至少三个安装有电磁涡流制动装置的列车车厢底部安装轨道缺陷检测装置,当至少三个列车车厢上的三个及以上轨道缺陷检测装置同时检测到轨道缺陷数量超过阈值时,即产生报警并记录缺陷信息。本发明利用高速列车的电磁涡流制动装置在制动过程中会产生大量热量的特点,将电磁涡流制动装置和热成像检测装置结合起来,可实时检测高速轨道缺陷,提高了轨道缺陷检测的准确性,降低了检测的人力及设备成本。
