The invention relates to a double-beam type eccentric lifting method, which comprises two existing travelling cranes and a double-beam type carrying pole beam, and further comprises the following steps of: horizontally laying a rolling mill stand on a supporting steel stool, and keeping the stand to form an inclined arrangement of about 10 degrees with the horizontal direction; the double-beam type carrying pole beam is sleeved with the machine frame, and after the machine frame and the H-shaped steel are firmly fixed, the two travelling cranes start to synchronously and slowly lift; after the rack is lifted to a predicted height, the rack is hoisted to a mounting position and then is slowly in place; after the machine frame is in place, the foundation bolts are finally fastened according to the torque requirement, and the machine frame is installed at the moment. Compared with the defects that a large number of parts need to be assembled and reinforced on site and the sliding process is complex and slow in a traditional rotating balance method, the double-beam type eccentric lifting method has the advantages that the machine frame is fixed, turned over and placed in place at a time through accurate design and perfect matching of the traveling crane and the carrying pole beam; and meanwhile, the double-beam type carrying pole beam can be repeatedly used in similar projects in the future, so that the double-beam type carrying pole beam is economical and environment-friendly.

    本发明是一种双梁式偏心抬吊法,包括已有的两台行车,一根双梁式扁担梁,还包括下述步骤:将轧机机架横躺在支撑钢凳上,保持机架与水平方向形成约10°倾斜摆放;将机架套入双梁式扁担梁,通过与H型钢固定牢固后,两台行车开始同步缓慢起升;当机架提升到预计高度后,将机架吊运到安装位置后缓慢就位;机架就位后,再对地脚螺栓按照力矩要求进行最终紧固,这时机架就安装完毕。本双梁式偏心抬吊法,相比传统的旋转平衡法需要大量的部件在现场组装、加固并且滑移过程复杂缓的缺陷而言,通过行车与扁担梁的精确设计和完美配合,将机架固定、翻身,就位,一气呵成;极大提高了吊装效率,同时双梁式扁担梁可以在今后类似工程重复使用,既经济又环保。
