The invention provides a pulley structure for a crane jib, which comprises a pulley block, the pulley block comprises a first pulley and a second pulley, and the first pulley is obliquely arranged relative to the second pulley; a first rope containing groove is formed in the first pulley, and a second rope containing groove is formed in the second pulley. The obliquely-arranged first rope containing groove can coincide with the steel wire rope with the deflection angle, so that the output direction of the steel wire rope and the first pulley are located on the same straight line, and the steel wire rope is not prone to disengaging from the first pulley; one end of the first rope containing groove coincides with one end of the second rope containing groove in the width projection direction of the pulley block. The steel wire rope output from the first rope containing groove vertically enters the second rope containing groove. The stress direction of the steel wire rope on the second pulley is changed through the first pulley, so that the contact part of the steel wire rope and the second pulley is not subjected to tension perpendicular to the steel wire rope outlet direction; and abrasion caused by contact between the steel wire rope and the side face of the second rope containing groove is reduced.

    本发明提供一种起重机吊臂用的滑轮结构,包括滑轮组,滑轮组包括第一滑轮和第二滑轮,第一滑轮相对第二滑轮倾斜设置;在第一滑轮中设有第一容绳槽,在第二滑轮中设有第二容绳槽;倾斜设置的第一容绳槽会与具有偏角的钢丝绳重合,这样钢丝绳的输出方向与第一滑轮在同一直线上,钢丝绳不容易脱离第一滑轮;沿滑轮组的宽度投影方向第一容绳槽的一端与第二容绳槽的一端重合;从第一容绳槽输出的钢丝绳竖直进入第二容绳槽中;通过第一滑轮改变钢丝绳在第二滑轮上的受力方向,使钢丝绳与第二滑轮接触的部分不再受到垂直于钢丝绳出绳方向的拉力;减少钢丝绳与第二容绳槽的的侧面接触造成的磨损。
