A transmission rod is arranged between the two jacking shafts, a transmission gear is meshed with one rack part of each jacking shaft, the other rack parts of the jacking shafts are meshed with a balance gear, the balance gear is fixedly connected to the end of a balance rotating shaft, and the other end of the balance rotating shaft is rotationally connected with the supporting table; the axial center line of the balance rotating shaft is perpendicular to the axial center line of the jacking shaft. The structure is redesigned, the digital acquisition and transmission capability of equipment is improved, the human participation degree is greatly reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
