    本发明提供一种一种含碳玻混杂纤维层、聚脲层和橡胶消声瓦铺层的复合材料层和式耐冲击导流罩。壳体采用层和式结构,厚度方向上的中间层为碳玻混杂纤维层,采用纤维树脂基材料;碳玻混杂纤维层内外两侧设置聚脲涂层;最外层敷设橡胶消声瓦铺层;内置钢制T型材环肋筋材。本发明通过碳玻混杂纤维层采用碳玻混杂的纤维的应用增强了整体结构的刚度与韧性,碳玻混杂纤维的夹芯式布置使得采用碳玻混杂纤维时尽量减少了不同纤维材质铺设的分散度,减少层间因不同泊松比产生的层间应力,进而减少了脱层损伤。本发明结构刚度高,韧性好,整体结构层和紧密性高,成本低,符合工程应用实际要求,适宜推广,可有效提高导流罩结构的水下抗爆性能。
