The invention provides a helicopter instrument panel which comprises a panel used for installing a display device. One side of the supporting piece is fixedly installed on a helicopter floor supporting frame, and the other side of the supporting piece is connected with the panel; the panel can rotate around the bottom of the supporting piece, and therefore angle adjustment of the panel is achieved. The panel comprises an equipment inlaying surface which comprises a through hole; the reinforcing rib comprises an adjusting hole, and the reinforcing rib is connected with the equipment inlaying surface; the bottom edge is connected with the equipment inlaying surface; the double-lug connector is arranged on the bottom edge; according to the instrument board installation angle adjusting mechanism, the panel of the instrument board can be adjusted by +/-3 degrees according to needs after final assembly is completed, the requirement of part of equipment for the use angle is met, and the design of redundant structural parts for meeting the requirement for the use angle of the equipment is reduced.
