The invention discloses prefabricated inverted arch hoisting equipment which comprises a hoisting support, a prefabricated inverted arch hoisting trolley capable of moving on the hoisting support and a bridge body arranged in the front-back direction, and the bridge body is arranged on the lower portion of the front end of the hoisting support in a sliding mode. The using method comprises the following steps that S1, before the prefabricated inverted arch constructed in the previous working procedure does not bear load, the bridge body serves as a vehicle passing channel; s2, the prefabricated inverted arch to be hoisted is transported to the position below the rear end of the hoisting support through a transport vehicle, and the bridge body moves forwards to leave the construction position of the next procedure; s3, the prefabricated inverted arches to be hoisted are hoisted to the corresponding installation positions through the prefabricated inverted arch hoisting trolley; and S4, the bridge body moves backwards until the rear end of the bridge body is erected on the prefabricated inverted arch capable of bearing loads, and the bridge body is used as a vehicle passing channel. The prefabricated inverted arch has the advantages that the structure is simple, multiple prefabricated inverted arches can be installed at a time, vehicles can pass in time, and the construction efficiency can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种预制仰拱吊装设备,包括吊装支架、可在吊装支架上移动的预制仰拱吊装小车和沿前后方向布置的桥体,所述桥体可滑动的设于所述吊装支架前端下部。其使用方法,包括以下步骤S1、上一工序施工的预制仰拱未能承重之前,桥体作为过车通道使用;S2、运输车辆将待吊装的预制仰拱运输至吊装支架后端下方,桥体向前移动让出下一个工序施工位置;S3、预制仰拱吊装小车将各待吊装的预制仰拱吊装至对应的安装位置;S4、桥体向后移动直至后端搭设于能够承重的预制仰拱上,桥体作为过车通道使用。本发明具有结构简单,可以一次性安装多块预制仰拱,车辆可以及时通行,有利于提高施工效率等优点。
