The invention discloses a steel coil loosening detection method in the horizontal movement process of a hoisted steel coil. The method comprises the steps that a laser correlation detector is arranged beside a steel coil horizontal lifting route, and before a steel coil lifted by a steel coil lifting machine reaches the position of the laser correlation detector, the steel coil loosening detection process is started, specifically, the laser interruption stroke length is estimated, and the estimated value of the laser interruption stroke length is obtained; after the steel coil hoisted by the steel coil hoisting machine leaves the position of the laser correlation detector and the laser correlation detector passes light again, the actual value of the laser interruption stroke length is obtained; the difference value between the estimated value and the actual value of the laser interruption stroke length is obtained through comparison, if the difference value is within a preset allowable range, it is judged that the steel coil is normal, and if not, it is judged that the steel coil is loosened. According to the method, a laser correlation detector is adopted to detect the steel coil loosening condition, the steel coil loosening condition can be accurately judged, and the situation that field equipment is damaged by the loosening strip tail of the steel coil in the hoisting process is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种吊运钢卷水平移动过程中的钢卷松卷检测方法。该方法包括:在钢卷水平吊运路线旁安置激光对射检测器,在钢卷吊运机吊运的钢卷到达激光对射检测器的位置之前,启动钢卷松卷检测过程,其中包括:对激光遮断行程长度进行估算,得出激光遮断行程长度的预估值;待钢卷吊运机吊运的钢卷离开激光对射检测器位置,并且激光对射检测器重新通光后,获取激光遮断行程长度实际值;通过比较得出激光遮断行程长度预估值与实际值之间的差值,若差值在预设的允许范围内,则判定钢卷正常,否则判定钢卷松卷。该方法采用激光对射检测器对钢卷松卷情况进行检测,能够准确判断钢卷松卷情况,避免钢卷的松卷带尾在吊运过程中对现场设备造成损害。
