The invention discloses an elevator traction machine with a high space utilization rate. The elevator traction machine comprises a machine base, a brake end cover, a stator assembly, a rotor assembly, a main shaft, a traction wheel and a shaft brake. The stator assembly is fixedly installed on the base, and the rotor assembly is fixedly connected with the main shaft. A front bearing is arranged on the machine base, a rear bearing is arranged on the brake end cover, the main shaft is matched with the front bearing and the rear bearing, the traction wheel is located on the front side of the machine base and fixedly installed at the front end of the main shaft through a shaft head pressing plate, the shaft brake is matched with the rear end of the main shaft, and an encoder is arranged at the rear end of the main shaft. According to the scheme, the machine base is changed into an integral frame, so that the strength of the bearing machine base is improved, deformation of the machine base is reduced, the traction machine runs more stably, and the loading capacity is improved; and a shaft brake is adopted on the rear side of the brake end cover, so that the width of the traction machine is reduced on the premise of ensuring the brake effect, the layout of the traction machine in a hoistway is more reasonable and convenient, and the space utilization rate of the hoistway is improved.

    本发明公开了一种高空间利用率的电梯曳引机,包含机座、制动端盖、定子组件、转子组件、主轴、曳引轮和轴刹制动器;定子组件固定安装在机座上,转子组件与主轴固定连接;机座上设置有前轴承,制动端盖上设置有后轴承,主轴与前轴承和后轴承配合,曳引轮位于机座的前侧,曳引轮通过轴头压板固定安装在主轴的前端,轴刹制动器与主轴的后端配合,主轴的后端设置有编码器;本方案将机座变为整体框架,使得承重的机座强度提升,减小机座的变形,使得曳引机运行更加平稳,提高载重能力;并在制动端盖后侧采用轴刹制动器,在保证制动效果的前提下,将曳引机的宽度减小,使曳引机在井道的布局更加合理便捷,提高井道空间利用率。
