The invention provides a vehicle-user interaction system and method. The system includes: an editor configured to receive a user input and edit a rule script based on the user input, the rule script including a rule having a trigger condition defined by a user and a vehicle operation when the trigger condition is satisfied; the analyzer is configured to obtain the rule script and create a monitoring element list and a function element list based on the rule script, the monitoring element list comprises sensor elements which are used for monitoring and directly or indirectly express the trigger condition, and the function element list comprises function elements which are used for monitoring and directly or indirectly express the trigger condition. The function element list comprises function elements which are used for execution and correspond to the vehicle operation; and an actuator configured to monitor sensor detection information corresponding to the sensor element, and execute a corresponding functional element to implement a user-defined rule when the sensor detection information indicating that the trigger condition is satisfied is monitored.
