A cantilever crane AGV trolley comprises an AGV body (10) and a suspension arm mechanism (20). The AGV body comprises an optical navigation system and can run along a specified navigation path. The suspension arm mechanism comprises a base (21), a suspension (22), a winch (23), a lifting appliance (24) and at least two pulley blocks. The base is fixed to the AGV body and arranged at one end of the AGV body. The suspension is fixed to the base and extends out of the AGV body. The winch is arranged on the base. The hanger can be connected with the battery pack. Each pulley block comprises a plurality of fixed pulleys, a plurality of movable pulleys and a steel wire rope. The fixed pulley is rotatably arranged on the suspension. The movable pulley is rotatably arranged on the lifting appliance. One end of the steel wire rope is wound on the winch, the other end of the steel wire rope is fixed on the suspension, and the steel wire rope is wound on the fixed pulley and the movable pulley. The cantilever crane AGV trolley can realize battery replacement of a heavy truck electric vehicle with low cost.
