The invention discloses a storage battery monitoring system and method and a medium. The system comprises a function layer, a function monitoring layer and a direct current converter, the functional layer is connected with the direct-current converter; the function monitoring layer is respectively connected with the direct current converter and the storage battery to be tested; the direct-current converter is connected with the storage battery to be tested; the functional layer is used for generating an enable signal and sending the enable signal to the direct current converter; the direct-current converter is used for outputting electric energy to the storage battery to be tested according to the enable signal; the enable signal is used for representing the working state of the DC converter; and the function monitoring layer is used for determining the current voltage of the to-be-detected storage battery if the working state of the direct-current converter is determined to be the preset working state, and determining the current fault type of the to-be-detected storage battery according to the current voltage and at least one preset voltage. By implementing the scheme, the state monitoring of the storage battery, which meets the requirements of high cohesion, low coupling and functional safety, can be realized.

    本发明公开了一种蓄电池的监控系统、方法及介质。其中,所述系统包括功能层、功能监控层以及直流变换器;功能层与直流变换器连接;功能监控层分别与直流变换器、待测蓄电池连接;直流变换器与待测蓄电池连接;功能层,用于生成使能信号,并将使能信号发送至直流变换器;直流变换器,用于根据使能信号向待测蓄电池输出电能;使能信号用于表征直流变换器的工作状态;功能监控层,用于若确定直流变换器的工作状态为预设工作状态,则确定待测蓄电池的当前电压,根据当前电压与至少一个预设电压确定待测蓄电池的当前故障类别。通过执行本方案,可以实现满足高内聚低耦合以及功能安全要求的对蓄电池的状态监控。
