The invention discloses a hydraulic device of a vehicle brake-by-wire system, which comprises a liquid storage tank for storing a pressurized medium; a brake pedal for operating a brake action; a piston of the pedal main cylinder is fixedly connected with the brake pedal operating handle and is used for providing initial brake pressure; a piston connected with the motor device is arranged in the motor main cylinder, and the motor main cylinder is used for providing pressure for a pressurizing medium through a motor to operate wheels for braking; the pedal feeling simulator is connected with the pedal master cylinder and used for providing reaction force in response to operation of the brake pedal. Under the conventional braking condition, the brake pedal is stepped down, the pedal main cylinder and the motor main cylinder are in a decoupling state, the motor main cylinder provides braking pressure and enables the left cavity to generate the braking pressure, meanwhile, the right cavity absorbs oil liquid from the liquid storage tank, when a piston of the motor main cylinder moves rightwards, the second motor decoupling valve is communicated, the first motor decoupling valve is closed, and the motor main cylinder is opened. Hydraulic pressure generated by the right cavity of the motor main cylinder provides wheel cylinder braking force, and an oil way is simple and convenient to use.
本发明公开了一种车辆线控制动系统液压装置,储液罐,其用于存储加压介质;制动踏板,其用于操作刹车动作;踏板主缸,其活塞与所述制动踏板操作柄固定连接用于提供初始刹车压力;电机主缸,其内设有与电机装置相连接的活塞且用于通过电机给加压介质提供压力操作车轮进行刹车;踏板感觉模拟器,其与所述踏板主缸相连并用来提供响应于所述制动踏板操作时的反作用力。本发明在常规制动情况下踩下制动踏板,踏板主缸和电机主缸处于解耦状态,电机主缸提供制动压力并使左腔产生制动压力,同时右腔从储液罐吸收油液,当电机主缸活塞右移时,则第二电机解耦阀连通,第一电机解耦阀关闭,电机主缸右腔产生的液压提供轮缸制动力,油路简单方便使用。
