The invention discloses a fault diagnosis method for a power domain of an electric vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: dividing fault levels into three levels according to the damage degrees of faults, and enabling the damage degrees to be a first-level fault, a second-level fault and a third-level fault in sequence from large to small; fault monitoring is carried out on the control unit in the power domain, and the fault level of the monitored fault is judged; and according to the fault level and the fault part, executing according to a preset fault processing strategy. Specific parameters, message IDs and the like involved in fault detection periods, conditions, confirmation and recovery conditions and processing modes can be adjusted or calibrated according to different vehicle types, and an instrument display strategy is directionally defined and needs to be adjusted and refined according to display differences of instruments of all items.

    本发明揭示了一种电动汽车动力域的故障诊断方法,故障等级根据故障的危害程度划分三个等级,危害有大到小依次为一级故障、二级故障、三级故障;对于动力域中的控制单元的进行故障监测,并对监测到的故障判断故障等级;根据故障等级和故障部位,按照预设故障处理策略执行。本发明故障检测周期、条件、确认恢复条件、处理方式中涉及的具体参数和报文ID等,可根据不同车型进行调整或标定,仪表显示策略为方向性定义,应根据各项目仪表显示差异调整细化。
