The invention provides a constant tension system of a crane. Comprising a control oil port P, an oil drainage port L, a lifting oil port A1, a lifting oil port A2, a descending oil port B1, a descending oil port B2, a switching valve, a pilot-operated overflow valve, a first electromagnetic reversing valve, a second electromagnetic reversing valve, a first one-way valve, a second one-way valve and a third one-way valve, wherein the lifting oil port A1 and the lifting oil port A2 are connected with a lifting oil way of a winch motor; the descending oil port B1 and the descending oil port B2 are connected with a descending oil way of the winch motor; the control oil port P is connected with the oil pump; the oil drainage port L is connected with the oil tank; the first electromagnetic valve and the second electromagnetic valve are arranged for control, the double-insurance effect is achieved, when one electromagnetic valve does not reverse, the constant tension valve cannot be activated, and safety is good.

    本发明提供一种起重机的恒张力系统,包括控制油口P、泄油口L、与绞车马达起升油路连接的起升油口A1和起升油口A2、与绞车马达下降油路连接的下降油口B1和B2、开关阀、先导式溢流阀、第一电磁换向阀、第二电磁换向阀、第一单向阀、第二单向阀以及第三单向阀;控制油口P与油泵连接,泄油口L与油箱连接;通过分别设置第一电磁阀和第二电磁阀进行控制起到双保险的效果,当其中一电磁阀没有换向时,恒张力阀不会被激活,安全性好。
