The embodiment of the invention provides an automatic tire wear monitoring device and system.The monitoring device comprises a tire monitoring module, a tire signal processing module and a battery module, and the tire monitoring module comprises a tire crown monitoring module and an in-tire monitoring module; the crown monitoring module comprises a plurality of first sensors with pattern wear detection and temperature detection functions and a plurality of tire wear limit observation marks, and the in-tire monitoring module comprises a second sensor with temperature and pressure detection functions and a plurality of groups of resistance wires. A user detects the use state of the tire instantly through the first sensor and the second sensor, and the tire management device carries out corresponding management and fault analysis according to detection data. Meanwhile, the tire early warning module judges the tire use state according to the tread pattern abrasion loss, the tire abrasion limit observation mark and the use state of the resistance wire, a user is reminded to replace the tire in time, and the driving safety is improved.

    本发明实施例提供了一种轮胎磨损自动监测装置和系统,其中监测装置包括轮胎监测模块、轮胎信号处理模块和电池模块,该轮胎监测模块包括胎冠监测模块和胎内监测模块,胎冠监测模块包括若干个具有花纹磨耗检测和温度检测功能的第一传感器、以及若干个轮胎磨损极限观察标志,胎内监测模块包括具有温度和压力检测功能的第二传感器和若干组电阻丝。用户通过第一传感器和第二传感器即时检测轮胎使用状态,轮胎管理装置根据检测数据进行相应管理和故障分析;同时,轮胎预警模块根据胎面花纹磨耗量、轮胎磨损极限观察标志和电阻丝的使用状态判断轮胎使用状态,提醒用户及时更换轮胎,提高行车的安全性。
