The invention relates to a power generation motor offset type series variable-speed hybrid power system which comprises a machine shell, and a driving motor, a power generation motor, a differential mechanism and a speed change mechanism are arranged in the machine shell. The speed change mechanism comprises a sun gear, a planet gear meshed with the sun gear, a planet carrier used for supporting the planet gear, an output gear synchronously rotating with the planet carrier, and an inner gear ring meshed with the planet carrier. A wheel shaft of the sun wheel and the output end of the driving motor synchronously rotate, the sun wheel and the planet carrier synchronously rotate through a clutch assembly, and a brake is connected between the inner gear ring and the machine shell. The driving system has the following beneficial effects that only one driving motor is arranged, two power transmission paths are achieved at the same time, and starting, the dynamic property under the medium-low vehicle speed and the fuel economy under the medium-high vehicle speed can be considered at the same time; two power transmission paths are integrated, so that the whole mechanism of the speed change system and the hybrid power system is compact and convenient to arrange, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Meanwhile, due to the two-gear design, the rotating speed of the motor at medium and high vehicle speeds can be greatly reduced, and the NVH problem caused by the high rotating speed of the motor is solved.

    本发明涉及一种发电电机偏置式串联变速混动系统,包括机壳,所述机壳内设有驱动电机、发电电机、差速器及变速机构,所述变速机构包括太阳轮、与太阳轮啮合的行星轮、用于支撑行星轮的行星架、与所述行星架同步转动的输出齿轮、与所述行星架啮合的内齿圈;太阳轮的轮轴与驱动电机的输出端之间同步转动,所述太阳轮与所述行星架通过离合器组件进行同步转动,所述内齿圈与机壳之间连接有制动器。本发明的有益效果如下:仅设置一个驱动电机,同时实现了两种动力传递路径,即可以同时兼顾起步及中低车速下的动力性和中高车速下的燃油经济性;将两种动力传递路径进行集成,可使得变速系统混动系统整体机构较为紧凑,便于布置,且可降低制造成本。同时因为2挡设计,可大幅度降低中高车速下电机的转速,从而改善电机高转速带来的NVH问题。
