The invention discloses a wireless charging coupling mechanism based on a parking space ground lock and a control method.The wireless charging coupling mechanism comprises a base, a telescopic swing arm and an energy transmitting coil, the energy transmitting coil is a Q-type transmitting coil and wound in a coil mounting box, the coil mounting box is fixed to the upper end of the telescopic swing arm, and the position of the coil mounting box is adjusted through stretching and retracting of the telescopic swing arm; the lower end of the telescopic swing arm is connected to the base through a rotating mechanism, the rotating angle of the telescopic swing arm is adjusted through the rotating mechanism, and when the telescopic swing arm rotates to the vertical direction, the energy transmitting coil is perpendicular to the ground. The wireless charging ground lock has the advantages that a wireless charging function is added on the basis of a traditional ground lock function, a common two-parallel-coil coupling mechanism is replaced, the wireless charging ground lock can be suitable for chassis heights of different vehicle types, the system coupling coefficient is improved, the wireless charging ground lock can still work normally when the system deviates, the good anti-deviation performance is achieved, and the system output power is greatly increased; and meanwhile, foreign matters can be automatically removed when working is started, so that the safety coefficient is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于车位地锁的无线充电耦合机构及控制方法,包括底座、伸缩摆臂和能量发射线圈,能量发射线圈为Q型发射线圈且绕制在线圈安装盒内,线圈安装盒固定在伸缩摆臂的上端且通过伸缩摆臂的伸缩调整位置,伸缩摆臂的下端通过转动机构连接在所述底座上且通过转动机构调节伸缩摆臂转动角度,当伸缩摆臂转动到竖直方向时,能量发射线圈与地面垂直。其效果是:在传统地锁功能基础上增加无线充电功能,取代常用的两平行线圈耦合机构,可适用不同车型的底盘高度,提高了系统耦合系数,在系统偏移时仍然可以正常工作,拥有良好的抗偏移性能,大大增加了系统输出功率,同时在开始工作时还可以自动排除异物,提高安全系数。
