The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent driving, particularly provides an automatic driving mode takeover method, a driver monitoring system and a vehicle, and aims to solve the problem that an automatic driving mode is quitted by mistake due to the fact that a driver takeover intention is easily recognized by mistake in the prior art. In order to achieve the purpose, the automatic driving mode takeover method comprises the steps that takeover intention information and driver behavior state information are obtained in an automatic driving mode; determining a target takeover intention threshold at least according to the driver behavior state information, and comparing the takeover intention information with the target takeover intention threshold; and determining whether the takeover intention corresponding to the takeover intention information is the real takeover intention of the driver according to the comparison result. According to the method, on the basis of the takeover intention information, the driver behavior is combined to identify whether the takeover intention is the real takeover intention of the driver, the problem of mistakenly identifying the takeover intention of the driver is avoided, the automatic driving mode can be prevented from being quitted mistakenly, and the takeover safety of the automatic driving mode can be effectively improved.

    本发明涉及智能驾驶技术领域,具体提供一种自动驾驶模式接管方法、驾驶员监控系统及车辆,旨在解决现有容易误识别驾驶员接管意图,导致误退出自动驾驶模式的问题。为此目的,本发明的自动驾驶模式接管方法包括:在自动驾驶模式下,获取接管意图信息以及驾驶员行为状态信息;至少根据驾驶员行为状态信息确定目标接管意图阈值,并将接管意图信息与目标接管意图阈值进行对比;根据对比结果确定接管意图信息对应的接管意图是否为驾驶员真实接管意图。该方法在接管意图信息的基础上结合驾驶员行为来识别是否为驾驶员真实接管意图,有利于避免误识别驾驶员接管意图的问题,进而可以避免误退出自动驾驶模式,能够有效提高自动驾驶模式接管的安全性。
