The invention discloses a hoisting construction method of a reinforcement cage, the reinforcement cage comprises at least one single-section reinforcement cage, the hoisting construction method of the reinforcement cage comprises the following steps: arranging hoisting point positions, and presetting a plurality of hoisting point positions on a main body of the single-section reinforcement cage according to the appearance and the gravity center of the single-section reinforcement cage; trial hoisting is carried out, double-crane hoisting is carried out through a main crane and an auxiliary crane, and the hoisting point position is determined again according to the balance condition of the single-section reinforcement cage till the single-section reinforcement cage is hoisted in a balanced mode; reinforcing a single-section reinforcement cage, and welding a reinforcing structure on the main body corresponding to each hoisting point; and hoisting is conducted, double-crane hoisting is conducted through a main crane and an auxiliary crane, and in the hoisting process, the single-section reinforcement cage is stably lowered to a preset construction position in the mode that the center of a hoisting hook is controlled to coincide with the gravity center of the single-section reinforcement cage. The method is used for segmental hoisting construction of the reinforcement cage, and hoisting point positions are determined according to the appearance and the gravity center of a single-section reinforcement cage so as to ensure balanced hoisting and stable lowering of the reinforcement cage.
