The invention provides an unmanned container truck safety control method and system based on a port perspective, and the method is applied to an unmanned container truck in an automatic driving state, and comprises the steps: identifying safety risk factors of the unmanned container truck in the automatic driving state, and classifying the safety risk factors; according to the influence factors of the vehicle and the behavior influence factors of the person, the state of equipment on the vehicle, the control state that an upper-layer instruction controls a bottom-layer execution mechanism of the vehicle and the state of software on the vehicle are monitored, according to the safety monitoring data of the vehicle and the safety monitoring data of the person, a first-layer control strategy is executed, and a second-layer control strategy is generated; the invention further provides an unmanned container truck safety control device based on the port view angle.
