The embodiment of the invention provides an unmanned vehicle control method, an unmanned vehicle control system and an unmanned vehicle, and the unmanned vehicle control method comprises the steps that at least one road condition collection device responds to a road condition collection request, collects current road condition data in a target area, and uploads the current road condition data to an unmanned vehicle scheduling platform; the at least one unmanned vehicle sends vehicle end data to the unmanned vehicle scheduling platform through a first service transmission link; the unmanned vehicle scheduling platform generates an unmanned vehicle scheduling instruction for a target unmanned vehicle based on a target business algorithm, the data of each vehicle end and the current road condition data, and sends the unmanned vehicle scheduling instruction to the target unmanned vehicle; and the target unmanned vehicle receives and executes the unmanned vehicle scheduling instruction through a second service transmission link.
