The invention provides a workshop traffic safe operation alarm method in a 5G environment, and the method comprises the steps: collecting the shape and size of a hoisting workpiece, and the length and angle information of a traction rope through a binocular stereo vision monitoring device; the length of the steel rope is calculated according to the speed and time information of the electric hoist, and the edge platform reads the information through a 5G network; force sensors are installed on the traction ropes, the edge platform reads information of the force sensors through a 5G network, and the tension of each traction rope is obtained; the edge platform calculates the size and the direction of the swinging stress of the workpiece; the amplitude and the direction of the workpiece swing are calculated according to the data; the 5G positioning system obtains the position of a worker near the workpiece, and the edge platform collects position information and carries out processing calculation; and determining whether to give an alarm according to the result. According to the invention, quick response to center-of-gravity shift during workpiece hoisting is realized, ground workers are reminded in time in the workpiece conveying process, and potential safety hazards during workpiece hoisting and conveying can be eliminated.

    本发明提供一种5G环境下车间行车安全运行报警方法,双目立体视觉监控装置,采集吊装工件的形状大小、牵引绳的长度角度信息;根据电动葫芦的速度与时间信息计算出钢绳长度,边缘平台通过5G网络读取上述信息;在牵引绳上装有力传感器,边缘平台通过5G网络读取力传感器的信息,得到每根牵引绳的拉力;边缘平台计算出工件摆动受力大小和方向;根据上述数据计算出工件摆幅大小和方向;5G定位系统获得工件附近工作人员的位置,边缘平台收集位置信息并进行处理计算;并根据结果判断是否发出警报。本发明实现了对吊装工件时重心偏移的快速响应,以及工件运送过程对地面工作人员的及时提醒,可消除工件起吊及运送时的安全隐患。
