When the stand column descends to the first preset height and ascends and descends at the position lower than the first preset height, the limiting mechanism relieves swinging limiting of the swing rod mechanism, at the moment, the swing rod mechanism ascends and descends along with the stand column, the posture of the spoiler relative to the stand column can be kept unchanged, and the spoiler can move to the needed position through ascending and descending of the stand column. The driving quantity can be reduced, and the reliability is high.

    本发明提供一种扰流装置及车辆。本发明中,在立柱上升至第一预设高度时,限位机构形成对摆杆机构的可摆动限位,也即限位机构限制摆杆机构随立柱向上的平移但不限制摆杆机构的摆动,此时,摆杆机构通过摆动来适应立柱的高度变化,而摆杆机构与扰流板连接处发生高度变化,这种高度变化的幅度与立柱高度变化的幅度不一致,从而扰流板相对于第一铰接件转动,实现扰流板的倾斜角度调整;在立柱下降至第一预设高度时,且在低于第一预设高度的位置升降时,限位机构解除对摆杆机构的可摆动限位,此时,摆杆机构随立柱升降,扰流板相对于立柱的姿态可保持不变,可通过立柱的升降使得扰流板运动至需要的位置。本发明能够降低驱动数量,可靠性高。
