The invention relates to an elevator on-demand maintenance management system and method based on the Internet of Things and big data. The management system comprises a basic information module, an elevator front unit, a fault detection module, a data statistics module and a period calculation module. The basic information module is used for storing basic information of the elevator; the data statistics module is used for carrying out statistics on the operation data and the fault frequency of the elevator; and the period calculation module is used for creating a period measurement and calculation model of the on-demand maintenance of the elevator according to the basic information of the elevator and the data counted by the data statistics module, and calculating a period of the on-demand maintenance of the elevator. According to the elevator on-demand maintenance cycle calculation method and system, the minimum on-demand maintenance cycle of the elevator can be calculated according to the basic information, the operation data and the fault condition of the elevator by creating the on-demand maintenance cycle calculation model of the elevator, and therefore a maintenance unit and a use unit can be guided to make a more reasonable on-demand maintenance task plan.

    本发明涉及一种基于物联网及大数据的电梯按需维保管理系统及方法,所述管理系统包括基础信息模块、电梯前置单元、故障检测模块、数据统计模块和周期计算模块;基础信息模块用于存储电梯的基础信息;数据统计模块用于对电梯的运行数据和故障次数进行统计;周期计算模块用于根据电梯的基础信息和数据统计模块统计的数据创建电梯按需维保的周期测算模型,并计算电梯按需维保的周期。本发明中,通过创建电梯按需维保的周期测算模型,根据电梯的基础信息、运行数据和故障情况即可计算电梯按需维保的最小周期,从而可以指导维保单位和使用单位制定更加合理的按需维保任务计划。
