The invention relates to an auxiliary beam base rotation interface structure of a full-rotation crane ship. A track is circular and takes the position of a main beam base as the center; under the working condition of operation, the auxiliary beam base makes direct contact with the track, the track is of a rigid structure welded to the main deck, loads can be effectively transmitted to the main deck without deviation, under the working condition of auxiliary beam base migration, the jack stretches out and supports the auxiliary beam base away from the track, and at the moment, the auxiliary beam base is connected with the track through the rotating wheel. According to the auxiliary beam base rotation interface structure, rotation is achieved through the prefabricated track welded to the deck, and due to the fact that the load borne by the auxiliary beam is small under the auxiliary beam migration working condition, rotation achieved through the jack and the rotating wheel device has realizability. Under the condition, the auxiliary beam provided by the invention can be matched with the main beam to realize a full-rotation function, and compared with the existing full-rotation crane, the full-rotation crane disclosed by the invention has the typical advantages that on one hand, the strength of the main beam is improved, and on the other hand, the auxiliary beam and the main beam resist the load of the crane together.

    本发明涉及一种全回转起重船的辅梁基座回转界面结构,轨道为圆形,且以主梁基座位置为中心;作业工况下辅梁基座与轨道直接接触,轨道为焊接到主甲板的刚性结构,能够有效传递载荷至主甲板而不发生偏移,辅梁基座迁移工况下,千斤顶伸出并将辅梁基座撑离轨道,此时辅梁基座通过转轮与轨道连接。本发明提供的辅梁基座回转界面结构,通过预制焊接于甲板上的轨道实现回转,由于在辅梁迁移工况下辅梁承受载荷较小,因此采用千斤顶以及转轮装置实现旋转具有可实现性。在此情况下,本发明提出的辅梁可以与主梁配合,实现全回转功能,而本发明比现有全回转起重机典型的优势在于一方面提高了主梁强度,另一方面辅梁与主梁一起抵抗起重机载荷。
