The invention provides a coupler knuckle and a preparation method thereof and a railway vehicle, the preparation method of the coupler knuckle comprises the steps of modeling, core making, smelting, pouring and cleaning which are conducted in sequence, and the smelting step comprises the steps of oxygen melting treatment, specifically, waste steel is melted, oxygen blowing is conducted for fluxing, and molten steel is formed; the molten steel is guided into a refining ladle in an eccentric bottom tapping mode to be refined, and the components of the molten steel are adjusted to be calculated according to the weight percentage in the refining process; when the components are adjusted, the aluminum element content in the molten steel is adjusted in an aluminum wire feeding mode, and argon blowing operation is carried out on the molten steel in the wire feeding process so as to stir the molten steel. According to the technical scheme, the problem that the coupler knuckle prepared in the prior art cannot meet the requirements of railway vehicles due to the fact that the coupler knuckle cannot give consideration to good yield strength, tensile strength and better impact performance is effectively solved.

    本发明提供了一种钩舌及其制备方法、轨道车辆,其中,钩舌的制备方法,包括依次进行的造型、制芯、冶炼、浇注、清理步骤,冶炼步骤包括:熔氧处理:将废钢进行熔化,并吹氧助熔,形成钢液;精炼处理:将钢液采用偏心底出钢方式导入精炼包中进行精炼,期间将钢液的成分调整至按重量百分比计;在调整成分时,通过铝线喂线的方式调整钢液中的铝元素含量,且在喂线过程中向钢液中进行吹氩操作以进行钢液搅动。本申请的技术方案有效地解决了现有技术中所制备的钩舌无法兼顾良好的屈服强度、抗拉强度及更好的冲击性能,从而导致其无法满足轨道车辆所用要求的问题。
