The invention relates to the technical field of aviation repair and debugging, in particular to an airplane brake pressure response rapidness automatic timing device and a measuring method.The automatic timing device comprises a brake pedal, a brake pressure checking pipeline, a change-over switch connected with the brake pedal and the brake pressure checking pipeline, and a timer connected with the change-over switch; the brake pedal is treaded/loosened to serve as a brake pressure response rapid timing starting timing signal; and the brake pressure of the brake pressure checking pipeline is used as a brake pressure response rapid timing termination timing signal. The problem of timing inaccuracy caused by manual timing of brake pressure response rapidness can be solved, the touch switch is arranged at the pedal end to serve as a triggering condition for starting timing, the pressure signal is arranged at the brake pressure end to serve as a triggering condition for terminating timing, automatic timing of the brake pressure response rapidness is achieved, and the timing accuracy is improved. Errors caused by manual timing are reduced, and the timing accuracy is improved.

    本发明涉及航空修理调试技术领域,具体为一种飞机刹车压力响应快速性自动计时装置及测量方法,自动计时装置包括刹车脚踏板、刹车压力检查管路、与所述刹车脚踏板、刹车压力检查管路连接的转换开关、与所述转换开关连接的计时器;通过踩/松所述刹车脚踏板以作为刹车压力响应快速性计时起始计时信号;通过刹车压力检查管路的刹车压力以作为刹车压力响应快速性计时终止计时信号。本发明可解决刹车压力响应快速性人为计时导致的计时不准确性,通过在脚蹬端设置接触开关作为开始计时的触发条件,在刹车压力端设置压力信号去作为终止计时的触发条件,实现刹车压力响应快速性的自动计时,减少了人为计时的误差,提高了计时准确性。
