The invention discloses a crane hybrid power loading operation mode switching method which comprises the following steps: if an automobile crane is externally connected with a working power supply, the operation mode of the automobile crane enters a plug-in mode; if the automobile crane is not externally connected with the working power supply, the operation mode of the automobile crane is selected to be one of a pure electric mode, a pure oil mode or a hybrid mode; and after the operation mode is selected, the chassis of the automobile crane cannot run. When the automobile crane gets on the automobile for operation, the automobile crane is switched among operation modes such as a plug-in mode, a pure electric mode, a hybrid mode and a pure oil mode, the advantages of a battery and an external power supply are fully played, fuel consumption is reduced, pollution emission is reduced, and the adaptability of the automobile crane is improved. Aiming at the hybrid electric vehicle crane, the corresponding operation mode is selected according to the vehicle information such as the vehicle battery electric quantity, the plug-in state and the power take-off state, so that the working efficiency of an engine is improved as much as possible, the fuel consumption is reduced, and the exhaust emission is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种起重机混合动力上车作业模式切换方法,若汽车起重机外接工作电源,则汽车起重机的作业模式进入插电模式;若汽车起重机未外接工作电源,则选择汽车起重机的作业模式为纯电模式、纯油模式或混动模式中的一种;选择作业模式后,汽车起重机的底盘不能行驶。本发明汽车起重机上车作业时,在插电模式、纯电模式、混动模式和纯油等作业模式之间切换,充分发挥电池、外接电源优势,降低燃油消耗,减少污染排放,并提高车辆适应性。针对混合动力汽车起重机,本发明根据车辆电池电量、插电状态和取力状态等车辆信息,选择进入相应作业模式,尽可能提高发动机工作效率,降低燃油消耗,减少尾气排放。
