The invention discloses a traffic flow prediction method and system based on space-time correlation and error compensation, and relates to the field of traffic flow prediction, and the method comprises the steps: training a ConvLSTM-based module through employing workday and weekend traffic flow data sets in sequence; the workday traffic flow data set and the weekend traffic flow data set comprise traffic flows at different observation points at different time in a set area; obtaining prediction errors corresponding to the traffic flow sample data; clustering the traffic flow data set by adopting a clustering algorithm; determining a prediction error mean value corresponding to each data category; inputting to-be-predicted data traffic flow into the trained ConvLSTM module to obtain traffic flow prediction data; determining the data category of the to-be-predicted data traffic flow; and performing error compensation on the traffic flow prediction data by adopting the prediction error mean value of the data category of the traffic flow to be predicted, and outputting the traffic flow prediction data after error compensation. According to the invention, the accuracy of traffic flow prediction is improved.

    本发明公开一种基于时空相关性与误差补偿的交通流量预测方法及系统,涉及交通流量预测领域,该方法包括:依次采用工作日及周末车流量数据集训练基于ConvLSTM模块;工作日及周末车流量数据集均包括设定区域内不同时间不同观测点的车流量;获得各车流量样本数据对应的预测误差;采用聚类算法对车流量数据集进行聚类;确定各数据类别对应的预测误差均值;将待预测数据车流量输入训练好的ConvLSTM模块,获得车流量预测数据;确定待预测数据车流量的数据类别;采用待预测数据车流量的数据类别的预测误差均值对车流量预测数据进行误差补偿,输出误差补偿后的车流量预测数据。本发明提高了交通流量预测的准确性。
