The invention discloses an integrated control system and control method for an intelligent new energy commercial vehicle, and relates to the technical field of integrated control. The integrated control system comprises a high-voltage charging and distribution circuit, a DC/DC module, a motor control circuit and a main control board; the input end of the high-voltage charging and distributing circuit is connected with the power battery; the motor control circuit is provided with a pre-charging circuit, a discharging resistor, a motor control module and a current sensor; the main control board is provided with a plurality of driving circuits, a plurality of detection circuits, a plurality of voltage sampling circuits and a plurality of current sensor power supply and sampling circuits; the main control board is used for receiving information of the vehicle control unit and the battery management system, controlling the contactor to be closed or opened and feeding back the state of the contactor. The system can further integrate a circuit, can be compatible with a multi-branch power battery, and reduces the risk that a vehicle breaks down due to the fault of a battery branch.

    本发明公开了一种智能新能源商用车用集成控制系统及控制方法,涉及集成控制技术领域。集成控制系统包括高压充配电电路、DC/DC模块、电机控制电路和主控制板;高压充配电电路输入端连接动力电池,输出端连接负载设备;电机控制电路,设置有预充电电路、放电电阻、电机控制模块和电流传感器;所述主控制板,设置有若干个驱动电路、若干个检测电路、若干电压采样电路、若干电流传感器供电和采样电路;主控制板用于接收整车控制器和电池管理系统信息,控制接触器闭合或断开,并反馈接触器状态。该系统可以对电路进一步集成,能够兼容多支路动力电池,降低车辆因电池支路故障抛锚的风险。
