The invention provides a power battery early warning method and device and electronic equipment, a power battery is used for electric riding equipment, and the method comprises the following steps: when the power battery is in a working state, detecting whether a first performance parameter of the power battery reaches a preset first early warning condition, the first performance parameter comprises at least one of residual electric quantity, average power and performance parameter change rate; and under the condition that the first performance parameter of the power battery reaches the first early warning condition, controlling the power battery to intermittently output electric energy at a preset frequency. The power battery is controlled to intermittently output electric energy at the preset frequency, so that the power of the electric riding equipment provided with the power battery is interrupted. Power interruption of the electric riding equipment serves as an early warning signal and is used for reminding a user of the electric riding equipment that the power battery is about to enter the abnormal state, and therefore the risk that the user is confronted with difficulty due to the fact that the electric riding equipment suddenly loses power is reduced.
