The invention discloses an underwater unmanned submersible vehicle buoyancy adjusting device and method.The adjusting device comprises an inner oil tank, an outer leather bag, an oil way system and a control unit, and the oil way system comprises an oil discharging system and an oil returning system; the oil discharge system comprises a motor, a hydraulic pump and an oil discharge path, the hydraulic pump is connected with an output shaft of the motor, an oil inlet of the hydraulic pump is connected with the inner oil tank, and an oil outlet of the hydraulic pump is connected with the outer leather bag through the oil discharge path; the oil return system comprises an oil return path and a low-pressure electromagnetic valve, an oil inlet of the low-pressure electromagnetic valve is connected with the outer leather bag through the oil return path, and an oil outlet of the low-pressure electromagnetic valve is connected with the inner oil tank; the oil return system further comprises a high-pressure electromagnetic valve, and the high-pressure electromagnetic valve and the low-pressure electromagnetic valve are connected to an oil return path in parallel. Rapid oil return can be achieved through the low-pressure electromagnetic valve, accurate oil return can be achieved through the high-pressure electromagnetic valve, the defect that the accuracy is not high due to the large oil return amount only depending on the low-pressure electromagnetic valve is overcome, and the reliability is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种水下无人潜器浮力调节装置及方法,其中,调节装置包括内油箱、外皮囊、油路系统和控制单元,油路系统包括排油系统和回油系统;排油系统包括电机、液压泵和排油油路,液压泵与电机输出轴连接,液压泵的进油口与内油箱连接,液压泵的出油口通过排油油路与外皮囊连接;回油系统包括回油油路和低压电磁阀,低压电磁阀的进油口通过回油油路与外皮囊连接,低压电磁阀的出油口与内油箱连接;回油系统还包括高压电磁阀,该高压电磁阀与低压电磁阀并联在回油油路上;本申请通过低压电磁阀可实现快速回油,通过高压电磁阀可实现精准回油,克服了仅依靠低压电磁阀因回油量大而精度不高的弊端,可靠性得到大大提高。
