A disassembly-free maintenance component for a jacking hydraulic system of a tower crane comprises a hydraulic oil storage tank bottom plate and a screw plug, the screw plug is in threaded fit with a through hole sealing pipe on the hydraulic oil storage tank bottom plate, the upper surface of the screw plug is not higher than the upper surface of the hydraulic oil storage tank bottom plate, and the screw plug is provided with an oil passing column hole. The oil passing column is slidably placed in the oil passing column hole without oil leakage, the top of the oil passing column is not communicated, and the bottom of the oil passing column is communicated with the oil passing hole in the side face of the oil passing column; the upper portion of the oil passing column is pressed on a spigot of the oil passing column hole of the screw plug through an oil passing column elastic component, and the upper surface of the oil passing column is not higher than the upper surface of the screw plug. When oil is discharged, the oil receiving pipe is used for jacking the oil passing column upwards from the lower portion of the oil passing column, the oil passing column compresses the oil passing column elastic component, the oil passing hole formed in the side face of the oil passing column is exposed out of the upper surface of the screw plug, oil flows into the oil receiving pipe from the oil passing hole, and after oil discharging is finished, the oil receiving pipe is pulled out of the oil passing column hole of the screw plug, and the oil passing column elastic component resets the oil passing column.
