The invention discloses an asynchronous traction machine elevator transformation method which is characterized in that an elevator driven by an asynchronous toothed traction machine is transformed into an elevator provided with a permanent magnet synchronous toothless traction machine, a traction machine base and a rope hitch plate in an equipment arrangement area, and the equipment arrangement area is observed from the right upper portion to be an area on any one of the left side and the right side in a machine room. Comprising the steps that an original bearing steel beam of an elevator is reserved, and the asynchronous toothed traction machine is detached from a machine room; a traction machine base is arranged on a bearing steel beam by utilizing the space after the asynchronous toothed traction machine is removed, and the permanent magnet synchronous toothless traction machine is arranged on the traction machine base; and arranging corresponding rope hitch plates connected with the rope head parts on the rope head part on the car frame and the rope head part on the counterweight housing respectively. The power of the permanent magnet synchronous toothless traction machine adopted by the improved elevator is only about 1/3 or 1/2 of the power of the asynchronous gear traction machine, a large amount of electric energy can be saved, and energy is saved.

    本发明公开了一种异步曳引机电梯改造方法,将在设备设置区域内设置有异步有齿曳引机驱动的电梯改造为具备永磁同步无齿曳引机、曳引机座以及绳头板的电梯,所述设备设置区域从正上方观察为机房内左右任意一侧的区域,包括保留电梯原承重钢梁,将所述异步有齿曳引机从机房内拆除的工序;利用撤除所述异步有齿曳引机之后的空间,在承重钢梁上设置曳引机座,将所述永磁同步无齿曳引机设置于曳引机座上的工序;以及分别在轿架上的绳头部和对重架上的绳头部设置对应的与绳头部相连的绳头板的工序。改造后的电梯采用的永磁同步无齿曳引机的功率仅为异步有齿轮曳引机功率的1/3或者1/2左右,可节省大量的电能,节省能源。
