The invention discloses a space orbit attitude control water thruster which comprises a water injector, a pressurizing assembly, a water thrust chamber, a heating assembly, a sensor monitoring assembly and a Laval nozzle. Liquid water is stored in the water injector; the water thrust chamber is a cuboid with a square section; the height is smaller than the side length of the square section; a cylindrical heating chamber is coaxially arranged in the center of the water thrust chamber, and the height of the heating chamber is smaller than the diameter of the circular section of the heating chamber; the pressurizing assembly can spray liquid water in the water injector into the heating cavity through the capillary pipe, and the pressure of water in the heating cavity is kept at P0. The heating assembly is used for heating the heating chamber and keeping the temperature of the heating chamber at T0; the pressure P0 and the temperature T0 are supercritical water state points. The upper limit of the specific impulse range can reach 300 s magnitude, and the method can better adapt to attitude control tasks such as micro-satellite attitude accurate adjustment and orbit keeping in the aspect of propellant demand quantity.
