The invention belongs to the field of design of bird strike tests of aero-engines, and relates to a preparation method of a simulated bird bomb for bird strike tests of aero-engines, which comprises the following steps: preparing materials and tools, respectively pouring gelatin and water into a stainless steel barrel according to a set proportion, stirring the gelatin and the water by a stirring rod, uniformly stirring at room temperature to form a gelatin mixed solution, and drying the gelatin mixed solution to obtain the simulated bird bomb for bird strike tests of aero-engines. Putting the gelatin mixed solution into a constant-temperature water tank, standing and melting to complete the preparation of the gelatin mixed solution; the ratio of the gelatin mixed solution is 78: 22, 78% of the gelatin mixed solution is water, 22% of the gelatin mixed solution is gelatin, when the gelatin mixed solution is prepared, water with the specified weight is poured into a stainless steel barrel, gelatin powder is poured into the water while the water in the stainless steel barrel is stirred with a stirring rod, and the blending time of the gelatin mixed solution is not longer than 5 minutes; stirring the gelatin mixed solution for 10 minutes through the middle-gear rotating speed of the stirrer; and then the preparation of the simulated bird bomb is completed through injection molding, curing and demolding. Manufacturing efficiency is high, stability is high, and manufacturing cost is low.
