The invention discloses a battery pack water-cooling device and a design method thereof, a battery pack and a vehicle thereof, the battery pack water-cooling device is used for providing a cooling structure for battery cells of the battery pack, the battery pack water-cooling device comprises a plurality of water-cooling devices arranged at intervals, and a space for accommodating the battery cells is arranged between every two adjacent water-cooling devices. The water cooling device comprises a first flat plate and a second flat plate, and a flow guide strip used for providing a flowing channel for cooling liquid is arranged between the first flat plate and the second flat plate. The water cooling device is no longer arranged at the bottom but arranged on a larger area of the square battery cell, the cooling area can be increased by multiple times, a heat conduction path is changed from the height direction of the battery cell to the thickness direction of the battery cell, the heat conduction path is greatly shortened, the cooling capacity is greatly improved, and the charging speed of the battery is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the water cooling device which is transversely and vertically arranged can play a role of a cross beam, the structural strength of the battery pack is improved, the number of cross beams of the battery pack is reduced, and more battery cells can be accommodated.

    本发明公开了一种电池包水冷装置及其设计方法、电池包及其车辆,用于为电池包的电芯提供冷却结构,电池包水冷装置包括若干个间隔布置的水冷装置,在相邻的水冷装置之间设置有用于容纳电芯的空间,所述水冷装置包括第一平板和第二平板,在第一、二平板之间设置有用于为冷却液提供流动通道的导流条。本发明的水冷装置不再置于底部,而是布置在方形电芯的较大面积上,冷却面积可以增大数倍,且导热路径由电芯高度方向变成电芯厚度方向,导热路径大幅缩短,实现冷却能力大幅提升和电池充电速度大幅提升。同时,横向立置的水冷装置可以起到横梁的作用,提升电池包的结构强度,减少电池包横梁数量,可以容纳更多电芯。
