The invention provides an aluminum-silicon coating hot stamping forming component and a preparing method and application thereof.The aluminum-silicon coating hot stamping forming component comprises a steel plate base material and an aluminum-silicon coating arranged on at least one surface of the steel plate base material, the aluminum-silicon coating comprises a low-aluminum-content ferrite layer with the aluminum content lower than 5 wt%, the thickness of the low-aluminum-content ferrite layer is larger than 5 micrometers, and the thickness of the low-aluminum-content ferrite layer is larger than 5 micrometers. The maximum bending angle of the aluminum-silicon coating hot stamping forming component is larger than 65 degrees. By improving the hot stamping forming process, the thickness of a low-aluminum ductile ferrite layer in an aluminum-silicon coating formed through hot stamping is remarkably increased and reaches 5-100 microns, formation or expansion of cracks on the surface or the coating is effectively prevented, and the bending performance of the pre-coated steel plate formed through hot stamping is improved; and meanwhile, the hot stamping forming process gives consideration to or optimizes the microstructure of a steel matrix, and the overall bending performance and tensile performance of the material are further improved.

    本发明提供一种铝硅镀层热冲压成形构件及其制备方法和应用,其包括钢板基材和设置在钢板基材的至少一个表面上的铝硅镀层,该铝硅镀层包括铝含量低于5wt%的低铝含量铁素体层,该低铝含量铁素体层的厚度大于5μm,所述铝硅镀层热冲压成形构件的最大弯曲角大于65°。本发明通过改进热冲压成形工艺使经过热冲压成形之后的铝硅镀层中的低铝、韧性铁素体层的厚度显著增加,达到5‑100μm,有效地阻止了表面或镀层裂纹的形成或扩展,提高了预涂覆钢板在热冲压成形后的弯曲性能;同时,本发明的热冲压成形工艺兼顾或优化钢材基体的微观组织,进一步提升材料整体的弯曲性能和拉伸性能。
