The invention relates to an intelligent control system and control method for an aircraft deicing vehicle, and solves the technical problems that the labor cost is high and the safety risk of high-altitude operation exists due to the fact that an existing aircraft deicing vehicle is operated by two persons during working. The system comprises a main controller, a boom controller, a water cannon controller, an image acquisition module, an automatic spraying path planning module, an aircraft three-dimensional space model establishment module, a touch screen, a first wide-angle camera, a second wide-angle camera, a binocular camera, a laser radar and a holder camera. The first wide-angle camera and the second wide-angle camera are respectively connected with the image acquisition module, the image acquisition module is connected with the main controller, the touch screen is connected with the main controller, the automatic spraying path planning module is connected with the main controller, and the aircraft three-dimensional space model is connected with the automatic spraying path planning module. The binocular camera is connected with the aircraft three-dimensional space model building module, and the laser radar is connected with the aircraft three-dimensional space model building module; the holder camera is connected with the image acquisition module through the communication module.
