The invention discloses a transponder legality protection method and device, a vehicle-mounted controller and a train. The method comprises the steps that the running state of the train is obtained; according to the driving state, an expected transponder list, a historical transponder list and a next possible transponder are determined, the expected transponder list comprises transponders which should be received by a future train, the historical transponder list comprises transponders which the train crosses, and the next possible transponder is a transponder which may be received by the train at the next moment; the next possible transponder is selected from the expected transponder list or the historical transponder list; and when the to-be-verified transponder is matched with the transponder in the expected transponder list or the next possible transponder, determining that the to-be-verified transponder is legal. Therefore, the situation that the expected transponder is not received due to the inherent defect that the BTM triggers the transponder or the mutual independence between the double VOBCs can be avoided, and the availability of the VOBC system is increased.

    本发明公开了一种应答器合法性的防护方法、装置、车载控制器及列车,其中方法包括:获取列车的行驶状态;根据行驶状态确定预期应答器列表、历史应答器列表和下一可能应答器,其中,预期应答器列表包括未来列车应接收到的应答器,历史应答器列表包括列车已经越过的应答器,下一可能应答器为下一时刻列车可能接收到的应答器,下一可能应答器从预期应答器列表或历史应答器列表中选取;当待校验应答器与预期应答器列表中的应答器或下一可能应答器相匹配时,确定待校验应答器合法。由此,可以避免因BTM触发应答器的固有缺陷或双系VOBC之间的相互独立而误报未接收到预期应答器的情形,从而增加了VOBC系统的可用性。
