The invention relates to an underwater robot tail section device, belongs to the technical field of ocean engineering underwater vehicles, and solves the problems that in the prior art, a sealing structure is large in space and high in weight, and water leakage cannot be effectively monitored. An underwater robot tail section device comprises a tail cabin section. A steering engine, a propeller and a control driving module are mounted in the tail cabin section; the steering engine and the propeller are electrically connected with the control driving module. The stern room section further comprises a sealing assembly, and the sealing assembly is used for sealing the stern room section to prevent water in the external environment from entering the interior of the stern room section. According to the invention, the real-time detection of water leakage is realized on the premise of effectively ensuring the sealing of the watertight tail cabin section, and the reliable operation of the underwater robot is ensured.
