The invention discloses a hoisting sling assembly construction method for a special-shaped space structure block, which comprises the following steps of: determining a theoretical hoisting point position of the special-shaped space structure block and a theoretical length of a sling corresponding to the theoretical hoisting point position, and connecting a hoisting rope, an adjusting rope and a pocket rope in sequence to form the sling; determining the effective length of a pocket rope corresponding to a chord member in the special-shaped space structure block; judging whether the theoretical hoisting point position meets the hoisting stress requirement or not, and if yes, determining the specification of the sling according to the stress of the theoretical hoisting point position; according to the theoretical length of the sling, the effective length of the pocket rope and the fixed length of the lifting rope, the actual length of the adjusting rope is determined; according to the actual lengths of the lifting rope and the adjusting rope and the effective length of the pocket rope, drawing a rope distribution diagram of the special-shaped space structure block; and carrying out hoisting sling assembly construction on the special-shaped space structure block according to the rope arrangement diagram of the special-shaped space structure block. The block can be conveniently and rapidly placed in place, and hoisting safety is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种异形空间结构块体吊装吊索组配施工方法,确定异形空间结构块体的理论吊点位置以及理论吊点位置对应吊索的理论长度,吊索由吊绳、调节绳和兜绳依次连接组成;确定异形空间结构块体中的弦杆对应的兜绳的有效长度;判断理论吊点位置是否满足吊装受力要求,若满足,则根据理论吊点位置的受力大小确定吊索的规格;根据吊索的理论长度、兜绳的有效长度和吊绳的固定长度,确定调节绳的实际长度;根据吊绳和调节绳的实际长度以及兜绳的有效长度,绘制异形空间结构块体的配绳图;根据异形空间结构块体的配绳图进行异形空间结构块体吊装吊索组配施工。本发明便于块体快速就位,确保吊装安全。
