The axle floating control system comprises a working oil source, a floating oil cylinder, a first reversing valve, a first pressure reducing valve, a second reversing valve and a second pressure reducing valve, the first reversing valve and the first pressure reducing valve are arranged in a rodless cavity oil inlet way in a series connection mode, and the second reversing valve and the second pressure reducing valve are arranged in a rod cavity oil inlet way in a series connection mode. A rod cavity of the oil cylinder is connected with a working oil source through a rod cavity oil inlet path; wherein the pressure set value of the first pressure reducing valve is P1, the pressure set value of the second pressure reducing valve is P2, and P2gt is met; p1. According to the system, the pressure balance of a large cavity and a small cavity of the floating oil cylinder under the condition of no external force intervention is achieved through the pressure reducing valve, the buffering valve is further added to be in a locking state to increase buffering guarantee, a vehicle rapidly passes through a concave-convex road surface in the locking state, and when the pressure change exceeds the load, a buffering oil return way can be temporarily opened to keep the vehicle stable.
