The loading assembly carries out bearing by utilizing the super-elastic characteristic of the shape memory alloy; the rapid butt joint assembly applies torsional force to the supporting gasket in advance through the torsion spring, rotation limiting is conducted through the gasket limiting pin, and axial limiting is conducted on the gasket limiting pin through the thrust spring. During butt joint, the head of the screw rod extends into the through hole of the supporting gasket, the screw rod generates displacement through the loading assembly to push the gasket limiting pin to relieve rotation limiting of the supporting gasket, and locking of the screw rod is achieved.
