The invention relates to a stepless adjustment chassis lifting appliance. The device comprises a top frame slidably connected to an air track and further comprises lifting appliance structures symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the top frame, each lifting appliance structure comprises a lifting arm, the lifting arm downwards extends to the top frame, a supporting arm longitudinally extends along the lower end of the lifting arm, and the supporting arm is provided with a hollow cavity formed in the longitudinal length direction of the supporting arm; the telescopic arm is connected into the hollow cavity in a sliding manner; the pressure adjusting assembly is connected to the supporting arm and comprises a movable sliding block, a top block and a guide block, the movable sliding block is connected to the supporting arm and enables the guide block to abut against the side end of the telescopic arm, the top block is connected to the movable sliding block and used for limiting movement of the movable sliding block, and the pressure of the guide block on the telescopic arm can be adjusted by adjusting the movable sliding block; therefore, the friction force between the telescopic arm and the guide block when the telescopic arm stretches in the hollow cavity is adjusted; a front support assembly and a rear support assembly. The device can adapt to automobile chassis of different automobile types, and the production efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及一种无级调整底盘吊具。本发明包括滑动连接于空中轨道的顶架,还包括对称设于顶架两侧的吊具结构,每部分吊具结构包括:吊臂,吊臂向下延伸于顶架,沿吊臂下端纵向延伸有支撑臂,支撑臂设有沿其纵向长度方向设置的中空腔体;伸缩臂,伸缩臂滑动连接于中空腔体内;连接于支撑臂的压力调节组件,压力调节组件包括活动滑块、顶块以及导向块,活动滑块连接于支撑臂并将导向块抵接于伸缩臂侧端,顶块连接于活动滑块并用以限制活动滑块移动,通过调节活动滑块能够调节导向块对伸缩臂的压力,从而调节伸缩臂在中空腔体内伸缩时与导向块之间的摩擦力;前支撑组件和后支撑组件。本发明能够适应与不同车型的汽车底盘,提高了生产效率。
