The cross beam is installed between the two tripods in a suspended mode, and the bottoms of the tripods are provided with the travelling mechanisms A matched with the guide rails in a one-to-one correspondence mode. And each guide rail is matched with two traction mechanisms B which form front-back balanced traction on the corresponding tripod to prevent the travelling crane with higher moving speed from toppling over due to movement inertia.
